Viper will get you! Holík launches a new tactical glove model, set to debut at Future Forces

Gloves that shooters stop noticing the moment they put them on. That is exactly what the new Viper tactical glove series from Czech protective equipment manufacturer Holík promises. Designed for shooters, instructors, and anyone who spends long hours training or operating in the field, Viper helps users maintain full control of both their firearm and gear. The new model is being showcased at Future Forces, the international defence and security exhibition that opens 21. 10.  in Prague.

Confidence and Professionalism

For more than three decades, Holík has been developing gloves for military personnel, police officers, and firefighters. The company is now bringing this experience from professional environments to a new collection aimed at both the civilian and professional tactical market. For this target group, equipment is not just an accessory. It is part of training, a passion, and an identity.

“High-quality gloves won’t make you a better shooter, but they will allow you to fully utilize your skills.” It is with this philosophy in mind that Holík developed the Viper gloves.

What You’ll Notice on Your Hands

The moment you put them on, you can feel how well the Viper fits. Its anatomical 3D cut, wing thumb construction, and seamless index finger sides provide precision and tactile sensitivity exactly where they matter most: during weapon handling and rapid magazine changes. “The gloves deliver excellent feel and precision thanks to their anatomical 3D cut, wing thumb construction, and seamless index finger sides. This is especially beneficial when handling a firearm and performing fast reloads,” explained Zdeněk Světlík, Head of Glove Development at Holík. According to him, the Viper feels like a “second skin” on the hand.

A secure grip is ensured by a durable synthetic leather palm featuring a non-slip silicone print. The palm is fully touchscreen-compatible, allowing users to operate a smartphone or navigation device with all fingers without removing the gloves.

When crawling, bracing against walls, or working in demanding field conditions, users will appreciate reinforcement in the areas most exposed to wear. The space between the thumb and index finger is strengthened with synthetic leather, while the fingertips are protected by a durable printed coating. The palm construction partially wraps around to the back of the hand, providing a close fit and added abrasion protection. Combining synthetic leather with flexible textile materials, the Viper offers a secure fit without restricting movement.
