Erlite Comfort Base
Lightweight multi-layer intervention suit based on the PREMIUM-N L2 material composition by seamTEX®, with Nomex® Outershell Tough as the outer shell material. It provides reliable protection, high tear resistance and low pilling. The advanced multi-layer construction with a PTFE membrane ensures high breathability, low weight and reliable performance even during intensive use.
Description
The outer materials used in the PREMIUM-N L2 system have been proven in firefighting operations for more than 15 years and withstand even the most demanding conditions.
LOW WEIGHT
A lightweight material system with a total weight of approx. 475 g/m² - reduces physical strain and supports comfort during long interventions.
HIGH BREATHABILITY
SeamTEX® PTFE Fire Insert membrane ensures efficient moisture vapour transport and reduces thermal stress.
Outer fabric: Nomex® Outershell Tough, approx. 195 g/m²:
- 75 % Nomex® (meta-aramid)
- 23 % Kevlar® (para-aramid)
- 2 % antistatic fiber
Moisture barrier:
- seamTEX®- PTFE-Fire-Insert 07, approx. 90 g/m².
Thermal insulation:
- seamTEX® quilting composite RT, 2-layers, approx. 190 g/m².
